Our digital dictation system clocks each voicefile to the 1/100th of a minute...you get a customized report twice a month detailing the length of each record.  You are paying for access to the dictation system.

Your clinic will pay no additional equipment charges...the experts and extensive technology are at our end. 

To get set up, we will need an estimate of your dictation volume and number of dictators.  Basic equipment needs are touch-tone phones as well as just one Windows computer with Word to retrieve your completed dictation.  No specialized equipment required!!!
